Shipping Time:

At S Press Beauty, all orders have a processing time of 2 business days before shipping. Please note that processing time are not included in the shipping time.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping time is based on the shipping method selected, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

 

Tracking Order:

The tracking information will be provided to you upon fulfillment. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Service:

We presently offer shipping services both domestically within Australia, and international.

​

Customs Duties & Taxes:

The recipient of the order is responsible for all local customs duties and taxes in addition to the shipping rates. S Press Beauty does not handle the collection of duties and taxes.

 

Late Orders:

Delivery maybe delayed due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, incorrect shipping information and other reasons beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for delayed orders.

 

Faulty Orders:

If you receive faulty orders, please email us within 3 days of receiving your orders at: customer@spressbeauty.com 

We are here to help you throughout the process. 

Our customer support team is unable to facilitate replacements for faulty orders reported after this specified timeframe.

Undelivered Orders:

Prior to proceeding, we recommend double-checking your order to ensure the accuracy of the provided shipping address.

- If the address has been confirmed as correct, kindly reach out to your local post office with the provided tracking number. They will be able to assist you in the process of locating and recovering your package.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility (refund or replace) for any errors in the delivery information provided during the initial purchase.

- In the event of our error, we will assume complete responsibility for the original order without any additional charges to you, you will receive replacement items at no cost.
